As a young adult of 25 in January 2014 I found myself trying to navigate the real-estate market for my first home in a high pressure circumstance of needing to find accommodation within a short timeline. Needless to say I was more than overwhelmed with the wide variety of choices available and the process to get the ball rolling so I did what any person in my state would do…I asked my friends.
